MS/HS Souled Out Wednesday Nights
(September to May)
There is no other place that Middle School and High School students should be every Wednesday night over this coming school year because that’s when Souled Out is happening! And this year, both groups will have their own separate teaching and small group time each week. It will be an opportunity to build relationships with each other and with the God who not only made us but loves us so much! It will also be a place for friends to come and explore what life can be like when we live it the way our Creator has told us. Each night can have some crazy games, maybe some food, and always has a time where we bring the things we wonder about, struggle with, and need to learn more about to the God who is writing our story with each passing day. And yes, there will be plenty of fun games cap the night off. Don’t miss a single week! It all starts on September 11 with dinner at 6:15pm with our time together right after at 7pm. Sunday Morning TEEN Growth Group
Our middle & high school students are exploring what we believe and then comparing it to what other religions believe. We'll even spend some time seeing how what we believe affects where we end up in life. Of course it will be very conversational with lots of exploring the Bible along the way. It all happens every Sunday morning at 9:45am in the Teen Room.
MS/HS winter jam 2025
Winter Jam is back this year with a great lineup! This event is for any middle school, high school or college & career person. It takes place in Ypsilanti, MI, on the campus of Eastern Michigan University at their Convocation Center on February 2. We will plan on meeting at church at 2pm to leave. The event is general admission and costs $15 to get in (payable at the door). However, we are going to be attempting to do what we did last year … volunteer our way in. We would have to serve at a key moment during the event but we would get in early and not have to pay if we do this. Sign up online no later than Wednesday, January 29 through our website or using the Church Center app so we can know how many vehicles we need. This year’s lineup includes Skillet, Anne Wilson, KB, Colton Dixon, Micah Tyler, Newsong and more!

MS & HS Students Going To Barakel
Our middle school and high school students are headed back to Camp Barakel, but this year on their own weekends! The middle schoolers will be going on February 14-16, 2025 while the high schoolers will go on February 21-23. Think broom hockey, tubing (with a tow rope!), great food, ice skating, cross country skiing, all you can drink hot chocolate, and so much more! Register and pay your $30 non-refundable deposit online or thru the Church Center app, or turn it in to Robyn Miller. For middle school, the last date you can sign up is Feb 2. High school is one week later on Feb 9. All the remaining money is due on the Wednesday night before we leave for each weekend. You can download an information flyer, a Barakel waiver forms (just print and sign page 7) and an annual release forms right here or grab a hard copy at the Welcome Center or in the teen room lobby area.
