JR/SR HI Sunday Morning Growth Group

Every Sunday at 9:45am in the Teen Room, our JR & SR HI students have an opportunity to actually study the Bible for themselves and see what it actually says, but also take it to the next step: to understand what it actually means to their lives. And right now our students are watching through season 3 of the acclaimed TV series, The Chosen and then studying what the Bible actually says about the events from each episode. Don’t miss a single week all summer long!

JR HI Michigan Adventure

Bethany’s youth group, Souled Out, is taking JR HI students out to the Muskegon area for an overnighter that includes an afternoon on a Lake Michigan beach on Monday, July 29th, AND a full day at Michigan’s Adventure theme park on July 30th featuring a full water park, along with thrill rides and attractions. The total cost of the trip is $50 (before any Five Day Frenzy discounts). It includes transportation, a pizza party for dinner on July 29, your admission to the park as well as a parking lot lunch on the next day. All money is non-refundable and needs to be either turned in to Robyn Miller or the church office or paid online no later than Friday July 26. Make all checks out to Bethany Baptist Church. NOTE: You will also need to bring a sack lunch to eat at the beach on Monday. Bring some additional $$ to pay for snacks or drinks in the park as well as a fast food dinner on the way home. NOTE: park food prices can be high! Sign up by clicking the graphic or here.

JR/SR HI Souled Out Wednesday Nights

(September to May)
There is no other place that JR HI and SR HI students should be every Wednesday night over this coming school year because that’s when Souled Out is happening! Each week is another opportunity to build relationships with each other and with the God who not only made us but loves us so much! It is a place for friends to come and explore what life can be like when we live it the way our Creator has told us. Each night can have some crazy games, maybe some food, and always has a time where we bring the things we wonder about, struggle with, and need to learn more about to the God who is writing our story with each passing day. And yes, we’ll end up in the gym for some fun to cap the night off. Don’t miss a single week! It all starts with dinner at 6:15pm with our time together right after at 7pm. Don’t miss a single week!
