JR/SR HI Sunday Morning Growth Group

Every Sunday at 9:45am in the Teen Room, our JR & SR HI students have an opportunity to actually study the Bible for themselves and see what it actually says, but also take it to the next step: to understand what it actually means to their lives. And right now our students are watching through season 3 of the acclaimed TV series, The Chosen and then studying what the Bible actually says about the events from each episode. Don’t miss a single week all summer long!

SR HI/COllege Cedar Point

What would summer be without a trip to the best amusement park in the world? Featuring some of the best rides in the entire world like the Steel Vengeance, the longest hybrid coaster in the world; the 300-foot Millennium Force; the Gatekeeper winged roller coaster; the fast and furious Maverick roller coaster and the classic Raptor. And let’s hope the new Top Thrill 2 is working by the time we get there! Cedar Point is the destination for fun in the summertime. Cost is $35 and includes your ticket and transportation. You are on your own for food. Register online at connect2bethany.org/students or use Bethany’s Church Center app. You can also turn in your money (along with an annual release form—if aged 17 or under) to Robyn Miller no later than Aug 4 to get on the list. Meet at the church on Thursday, August 8 at 6:45am to load up in the vans and leave. We’ll be back around midnight.

JR/SR HI Souled Out Wednesday Nights

(September to May)
There is no other place that JR HI and SR HI students should be every Wednesday night over this coming school year because that’s when Souled Out is happening! Each week is another opportunity to build relationships with each other and with the God who not only made us but loves us so much! It is a place for friends to come and explore what life can be like when we live it the way our Creator has told us. Each night can have some crazy games, maybe some food, and always has a time where we bring the things we wonder about, struggle with, and need to learn more about to the God who is writing our story with each passing day. And yes, we’ll end up in the gym for some fun to cap the night off. Don’t miss a single week! It all starts with dinner at 6:15pm with our time together right after at 7pm. Don’t miss a single week!
